Guidelines for Inviting Tom and Sonia Brown to
Developing Countries

Thank you for your interest in cooperating with us in
ministry. We appreciate your desire for Tom or Sonia to come to your area;
however, they receive over 300 invitations to developing countries, so as you
can imagine they do not have the time or resources to visit every church. If you
desire for one or both of them to come, and your church has less than 5,000
members, we would like to suggest that you coordinate a group of several
churches so they could unite to put on one Crusade in a neutral facility or in a
large church. Here is what they need:
A cover letter from the organizer of the
meeting; it should have the name of the organizer, email address, phone number,
and a short summary giving a tally of the number of pastors, expected
attendance, number of workers, and total finances that are promised. Second, we
need a letter from every pastor requesting for them to come. Have them
include:
1.
Pastor’s full name, name of the Church and address,
2.
their average Sunday attendance (children included),
3.
the number of workers they could provide, and
4.
how much finances they are willing to contribute for the Crusade (US
dollar amount).
Gather all the letters from the pastors and mail them to us
in one package with the cover letter on top to:

Before you take the time to organize the meeting, please
understand that you will need to provide his or her flight, hotel,
accommodations, plus donate an honorarium. If you can commit to this please
include on the cover letter a promise to pay for the flight, hotel and
accommodations plus the amount of the honorarium. Later if they accept the
invitation, you will need to provide the flight money in advance so they can
purchase the tickets.
When we receive your packet Tom and Sonia will pray over
the requests and see how the Lord guides. Please, do not call or invite
through email, for they are unable to come solely through phone calls or email invitations.
Those
invitations will be disregarded.
