Guidelines for Inviting Pastor Tom Brown to
Developing Countries

Thank you for your interest in cooperating with us in
ministry. We appreciate your desire for Pastor Tom Brown to come to your area;
however, he receives about 500 invitations a year to developing countries, so he
does not have the time to respond to every invitation. However, if you follow
the guidelines set forth here, he will respond to your invitation. You need to
use quality letterhead stationary when you invite Pastor Tom Brown, and the
invitation should include:
1 name of the
organizer, (if the organizer is a pastor, please include the average
Sunday morning attendance of the church)
2 email address,
3 phone number,
4 names of all the pastors
that will participate in the meeting,
5 expected
attendance,
6 location of the
meeting
7 possible dates you
have in mind
8 theme of the
meeting
9 promise to pay for
Pastor Tom's flight, hotel and accommodations,
(if his wife or assistant accompanies Tom on the trip, we will pay for
their flight)
10 and the amount of
the honorarium.
Send the invitation to:
Tom Brown Ministries
P.O. Box 27275
El Paso, TX 79926
USA
Before you take the time to organize the meeting, please
understand that if he accepts the invitation, you will need to provide the
flight money in advance so he can purchase his tickets. (Do not expect or
request Tom Brown Ministries to cover any cost of the meeting.)
When we receive your invitation Pastor Tom Brown will pray
over the request and see how the Lord guides. If you followed the guidelines in
the invitation, you can expect Tom to email you.
Please, do not call or invite through email, for he is unable to come solely through phone calls or email invitations.
Those
invitations will be disregarded.
